General Licensing

: Yes, UHT is 100% free for personal usage on single table tournaments with up to 10 players. You can create and manage your poker tournaments without any costs.
Commercial Usage
However, if you want to manage more than 10 players or use UHT in a commercial setting (Casinos, for profit tournaments, basically any event where the organizer earns money with it (not a personal home game or charity)), you need a license. In this case please purchase a license (see link in footer).
